We do not offer parking on-site but the Hardy Parking Deck is within easy walking distance; located just one block east, at 303 E. State St. Overnight parking is $20, or a month long permit can be purchased for $55. Further information can be found online or by calling (231) 922-0241.

We do not have any smoking rooms available. The use of cigarettes, vape pens, and e-cigarettes are prohibited throughout the building. A fee of $1,000 may be charged for disregard of this rule.

Yes. We offer full refunds with more than 48 hours notice and a 50% refund with less than 48 hours notice (calculated from 3pm on the first date of the reservation).
